Learning to Listen to Your Hunger

Hunger is a message, not a moral test.

Learning to notice it can take time, especially if you have spent a long time following external rules. You might begin by becoming curious about what you notice rather than demanding a perfect answer. Hunger, fullness and appetite can also vary from day to day and from person to person.
